Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our bookbinding services, all orders are made to your specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. We work closely with clients during the design phase to ensure satisfaction before production begins.

Quality Assurance

Each completed project undergoes quality inspection before delivery. If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed specifications or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss resolution options.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the stage of the project.

Restoration Services

For restoration services, we provide an assessment before beginning work. Once restoration work has begun, changes to the scope of work may affect pricing and timeline. We communicate any changes and obtain approval before proceeding.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and stage of the project. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
